What is the cancellation policy?

Please notify spa team six hours before your reservation to avoid being charged the full value of the service. If you are within six hours of your scheduled appointment you can reschedule with a transfer fee of $40 due at time of reschedule. 

Should I make a reservation?

Reservations are recommended and subject to availability .

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your reservation.

What if I am late for my appointment?

If you arrive late your service time will remain the same and the full value of your treatment will be applied.

Do you offer Spa Packages?

Special spa packages, to include lunch are available for an additional charge.

**The last 10 minutes of all sessions are for post assessment and charge out. (Ex. 60min service would be 50min hands on) 

**All Special Offers can be redeemed every 6 months from the Date Of Service not Date Of Purchase. 

**To be considered a new client you must have not been serviced for 3yrs at Lady L Wellness. 

**If you have an expired Groupon or special deal, it will only be valid for the amount paid and not the full service. 

**Appointments 30 days out are subject to change with proper notification.
